How we handle your information.

Kasi University respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, provided when you register.
  • Your account activity: questions and answers you post, and your login history (last login date).
  • The date you gave consent, so we can show it was freely given.

Why we use it

  • To manage your account and let you post on the community Q&A board.
  • To send you relevant updates and newsletters (only while you stay subscribed).

Who can see it

Your questions and answers are public on the board, but they show only the content — your name and email are never displayed publicly. Your email is sent only through our email provider to deliver messages to you, and is never sold or shared for marketing by others.
